President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. denounced the actions of a foreign content creator who allegedly harassed Filipinos during a prank video shoot in Taguig City, calling the stunt “infuriating” and warning that the government will not allow such behavior to go unchecked.

The President reacted after Russian vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy was arrested for reportedly filming disruptive pranks in Bonifacio Global City. Marcos, visibly upset, slammed the stunt as a form of bullying disguised as entertainment.

“Ang isa pa nating nakita ngayong linggo, yung kagalit-galit na pinaggagawa ng isang foreign vlogger sa ating mga kababayan,” he said.

Marcos lamented how social media has enabled vloggers to disrespect others just to gain views and engagement.

He assured Filipinos that the government will act against similar incidents in the future, issuing a strong warning to foreign pranksters.
