A panel discussion on “Mixed-Use Developments: The Rise of Integrated Communities in the Philippines” took place at the 10th Philippine Property and Investment Exhibition held at The Bristol Hotel, Deira, Dubai. The discussion was led by Karen D. Cesario, the Marketing Head & Chief Integration Officer of RLC Residences, and Erika Nicolas, the Project Development and Marketing Manager of PH1 World Developers–the real estate developer that brought along Famtech Properties and One Lancaster Park.

“Management is here to address the needs and learn about the insights of our OFWs,” said Erika Nicolas.
