A policeman who just wanted to take a photo with boxing champion and senator Manny Pacquiao received a surprise from the icon.
In a Facebook post last November 28, Police Corporal Carlo Romero recalled his encounter with Pacquiao in Cavite.
“Sir Manny Pacquiao, ako nga po pala yung Pulis na nagpakuha ng picture sa inyo kahapon sa Dasmarinas Cavite,” he said.

Romero said that he was taken back with Pacquiao’s decision to give him money without asking for it.
Romero did not disclose how much money was given to him. Instead, he said he used the gift to buy more items for those in need.

The policeman hopes to meet Pacquiao again in the future.
