Pastor Quiboloy tells Vice Ganda: “I hope that you learned your lesson.”

Religious leader and self-proclaimed Appointed Son of God Apollo Quiboloy once again opened up about Vice Ganda amid the shutdown of ABS-CBN’s broadcast operations, saying that he hopes the host has learned his lesson.
In his TV show ‘Powerline’, Quiboloy said he was able to do Vice Ganda’s dare for him to stop the traffic in EDSA as well as the airing of long-time running ABS-CBN show “Ang Probinsyano.”
He added that there was no traffic in EDSA due to the enforced community quarantine in Metro Manila. As for “Ang Probinsyano,” the religious leader said the franchise of ABS-CBN was not renewed—therefore, stopping it as well as all of the network’s shows.
“Nag-prophesize ka, Vice. O ngayon, wala na yung programa mo, wala na yung network mo. Malinis na ang EDSA. Dapat masaya ka sapagkat natupad ang lahat ng hamon na ginawa mo,” he said.
Earlier, Vice Ganda challenged the religious leader to solve the traffic problem in EDSA as well as Coco Martin’s show during the ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ segment on ‘It’s Showtime’.
“Si Quiboloy lang ang magpapahinto ng ‘Ang Probinsyano,’ abangan niyo ‘yan. So, Quiboloy, hinahamon kita, ipahinto mo nga Ang Probinsyano.’ Napahinto mo pala ang lindol eh,” Vice said. “Sabi niya daw, ‘stop!’ Sige nga, punta ka sa gitna ng EDSA, stop mo yung traffic dun! Iba ka Quiboloy!” he said.

In a report by Pep.ph, Quiboloy noted that what happened to Vice Ganda is karma, and that God has enacted justice because of the host’s arrogance.
“Nalulungkot ka, Vice, nalulungkot ka sapagkat hindi mo mapigilang umiyak dahil wala na yung mga programa niyo? Alalahanin mo, naghamon ka, hinamon mo ako noon. Iyan ang sinabi ko sa inyo, ang kayabangan, nakikita ng Diyos ‘yan. Hustisya ang Diyos, Vice Ganda, hustisya, he said.
“Ngayon, naniniwala ka na, karma is real. O, bumalik sayo, di ba, at ngayon, umiiyak ka. Lesson yan. I hope that you learned your lesson,” Quiboloy added.
