The on-going Miss Earth Philippines 2019 has just announced their top 5 candidates who are still in the running to win the crown.

They are the candidates from (in no particular order) Karen Nicole Piccio from Maasin, Iloilo, Alexandra Dayrit from Marikina City, Chelsea Fernandez from Tacloban City, Janelle Lazo Tee from Pasig City, and Ana Monica Tan from Tagaloan, Misamis Oriental.

The top five rose from the competition and were selected from 40 other candidates vying for the crown to succeed last year’s winner, Celeste Cortesi as the Philippines’ ambassador for environmental causes.
