Alden Richards on losing weight: “I work hard for it.”

Pambansang Bae Alden Richards now see his hardships bear fruit as he continues to maintain a healthy diet even after losing weight.

The Hello, Love, Goodbye star revealed that he lost 25lbs in a span of two months, according to The Conversation of Ricky Lo in the Philippine Star.

“I worked hard for it,” said Richards.

Richards shared that he realized that he was “in the wrong path” after sticking to intermittent fasting and eating food that wasn’t appropriate for his dietary needs. This made him gain more weight.

He also shared that when he was in Hong Kong, while taping for the movie with Kathryn Bernardo, he did high-intensity workout and incorporated it with healthy food.

The young actor admitted it is not easy to go in a diet and the body must have to reset. After that it should begin accepting a new diet with the foods that you eat.

Eventually your body will adjust and it shouldn’t be hard to maintain as per Richards.
