Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes will inaugurate the first show taking place on June 12 at 9:00 pm. The lights, water, and laser show is free-to-attend and is expected to draw in thousands of Dubai residents as Dubai Festival City Mall celebrates 121 years of the Philippine Independence together with the Filipino community in the UAE.
