Kapuso actress Lauren Young took to social media to share that she doing some changes in her lifestyle this 2019.
The 25-year-old actress said on an Instagram post that she chose to “downgrade” her way of living.
“The start of 2019 I decided to upgrade my life by downgrading,” she said.
Young went on to say that one of her ways to live a simpler life is to let go of the things that are unnecesary for her.
“I sold my car, moved back in with family, stopped shopping and spending excessively on going out and material things I didn’t need,” she said.
She also went on to say that her decision to change her lifestyle came after she had a realization on things that matter.
Young explained that she has never felt richer after she detached herself from expensive material things.
“My attitude has changed, my goals are slowly getting reached and my dreams are even bigger: to be content with what I have and make do with the things already available to me,” she said.
In a separate post, she said that she is “trying new things and being more active”.
