Actor Niño Muhlach and his son, child actor Alonzo, have been invited to a private dinner with President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday night.
Niño took to his Instagram account to share the news and share his excitement. “Today is the day! Dinner with His Excellency President Rodrigo R. Duterte,” Niño captioned the post.
As seen in the actor’s post, the invitation reads: “Good morning Mr. Muhlach. This is from the Office of the Appointments Secretary Malacañan Palace.”
“I am pleased to inform you that you and Alonzo are invited to a private dinner with President Rodrigo R. Duterte on 07 May 2019 (Tuesday), 7:30 pm at the Malacañan Palace.”
It is public knowledge that Alonzo is a supporter of President Duterte.
He met and shook the hands of the president during the wake of the late senator Edgardo Angara and shouted: “I’m pro-Duterte!”
Some of Niño’s Instagram posts also show Alonzo at campaign rallies of the PDP-Laban where he entertained the crowd by performing a few dance numbers.
