Showbiz columnist and radio host Cristy Fermin stands firm on her statement that actress Julia Montes has given birth to her first child with actor Coco Martin.

During an episode of her radio program ‘Cristy Ferminute’, Fermin, together with her co-anchor Wendell Alvarez, said that Montes gave birth at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center in San Juan City.

Totoo po yun,” she said.

Fermin did not disclose further details as she said she respects the privacy of the two celebrities involved.

Rumor has it that Montes gave birth last week of March following her return to the Philippines after spending several months with her family in Germany.

Both Montes and Martin keep mum on the issue.

Entertainment news website PEP.ph also claimed that several insiders in the entertainment industry have confirmed that Montes is now a mom.
