Nicolas Cage files for annulment 4 days after marriage

Four days after his wedding in Las Vegas, Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage filed an annulment from his marriage with waitress Erika Koike.

Cage and Koike applied for wedding licence on March 23 and were wed on very same day at Weddings at Bellagio in Bellagio Hotel.

In an exclusive posted by London’s Dailymail.com, Cage was caught on film making a scene on the day of their filing of marriage license at the Clark County Court House Marriage Licence Bureau in downtown Las Vegas.

Cage shouted to someone, “She has a drug dealer as a boyfriend. I’m not doing it.”

To which Koike replied “I never asked you to.”

Dailymail’s sources said Cage appeared to be “very out of it” and was “most likely drunk.”

During the filing of the marriage license, Cage was yelling ‘she is going to take all my money’ and ‘her ex is a druggy, her ex is a druggy” a source told DailyMail.

Because the couple are making a scene, they were herded to a private room and both left the courthouse with their papers.

TMZ also got a photo of Cage and Koika after their wedding while leaving the Bellagio Hotel, and eyewitnesses also swore they looked like they were arguing too.

This is Cage’s fourth marriage, albeit the shortest one yet.

He was previously married to Patricia Arquette, Alice Kim, and Lisa Marie Presley which lasted 208 days before the split.

TMZ got hold of the annulment documents.

“[Koika] suggested to [Cage] that they should marry, [Cage] reacted on impulse and without the ability to recognize or understand the full impact of his actions.”

Cage told the court that the marriage was a fraud because she didn’t disclose “the full nature and extent of her relationship with another person.” He also says she didn’t disclose her criminal history.

Cage said they had “such conflict in personalities and dispositions that are so deep as to render the two incompatible in marriage.”

The couple apparently began dating in April 2018. Koike was also previously married but there is not much known about her.

The 55-year old actor has starred in many Hollywood blockbusters, such as Moonstruck, National Treasure and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
