Before he became one of the biggest personalities in the Kapamilya network, actor Coco Martin was part of the rival network.

One of his projects with GMA Network was a role in the 15th season, which was titled “Isla Chikita”, of the long-running afternoon drama anthology “Daisy Siete”.

Martin appeared on the said show in 2007 and played the leading man of Sexbomb dancer Rochelle Pangilinan.

Pangilinan decided to post a behind-the-scene throwback photo on her Instagram account which shows Martin, together with Arthur Solinap, and other Sexbomb girls.

Many netizens can’t help but feel nostalgia after seeing the photo which made them remember Martin’s humble beginnings with the Kapuso network.

After his acting stint in “Daisy Siete”, Martin transferred to ABS-CBN in 2008 with the afternoon series “Ligaw na Bulaklak” being one of his first projects with the said network.

His career then started to take off and has starred in several television series and movies that established his reputation as a talented actor.

Some of his most notable works include Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin. This was followed by other hits such as “Walang Hanggan”, “Juan Dela Cruz”, and “Ikaw Lamang”.

Currently, he is starring in his primetime action series “Ang Probinsyano” which has been airing since 2015.
