Coco Martin grants Mystica’s appeal to get included in “Ang Probinsyano”

It is now confirmed that former sexy singer Mystica will be making her showbiz comeback by appearing on Coco Martin’s long-time running primetime series “Ang Probinsyano”.

According to a PEP Alert published on PEP.ph, Martin’s camp granted Mystica’s plea and will be giving her a role on the said show.

She will be starting to shoot her scenes anytime soon if the weather condition in the Philippines is still in good condition, the article stated.

It has been reported that Typhoon Ompong, with international name Mangkhut, has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Wednesday afternoon, September 12.

The former singer previously took to social media to announce that she is gearing up for her comeback in show business.

She posted a video on Facebook wherein she announced that she will take a break from selling fried chicken since she is preparing for a showbiz project.

It was previously reported that Mystica turned to selling fried chicken to make both ends meet.

“Hindi po muna available ang fried chicken ko para mabigyan ko naman po muna ang sarili ko ng pahinga habang pinaghahandaan ko ang pababalik ng aking showbiz career,” she said in her post.

She posted the video only a week after she reached out to Martin to give her a role in the long-time running primetime series “Ang Probinsyano” and help her with her financial problems.

Martin has helped a number of other celebrities with their showbiz comeback after they have not appeared on television for a while. Some of them include CJ Ramos, Mark Lapid, Janno Gibbs, Joko Diaz, Julio Diaz, and the members of Viva Hot Babes, among others.

Maine Mendoza to appear on “Ang Probinsyano” too?

“Eat Bulaga” hosts Vic Sotto and Maine Mendoza are set to appear with Martin for a 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival entry titled “Jack Em Popoy: The PulisCredibles”.

Martin told the press on September 11 that he had a blast working with Sotto and Mendoza, regardless if they are from the rival network.

“Kumbaga ngayon naman nakakatuwa kasi open na e. Makikita naman natin ang mga taga-GMA nag-shoot ng pelikula sa Star Cinema, gumagawa ng pelikula.

“Ang ano lang natin ay magtulungan tayo sa industriya, kung paano pa tayo makakagawa ng maganda pang pelikula,” Martin said.

Mendoza then seconded Martin’s statement saying that she has no problem with appearing on a Kapamilya show.

When asked if she is open to the idea of appearing on “Ang Probinsyano” too, Mendoza said, “Oo naman tignan natin”.
