Kim Chiu explains viral video of her fall on ASAP stage

Kim Chiu became a trending topic on social media last week after she fell on the ASAP stage for the third time.

In the ASAP episode aired last week, Chiu was performing a special production number with Kapamilya stars Yassi Pressman, Arron Villaflor, and Enzo Pineda when an unexpected mishap happened on stage.

Chiu and Pressman were dancing together with a fiberglass panel between them. However, Chiu went off balance and slipped off the fiberglass.

The 27-year-old actress took it to Twitter to explain what happened.

“No worries, hindi lang na angat yung glass sa right side kaya hindi na balance, but keri lang, I’m ok!” she said.

Chiu experienced her first on stage mishap in 2012 during her dance number with Enchong Dee.

It was followed by another incident in 2015 when a backup dancer was not able to catch her during a Matador-inspired dance number.

Filipino netizens have come up with witty reactions and hugot lines after Chiu’s fall.
