Actresses Marian Rivera and Karylle were all smiles when they saw each other at a fashion event last month.
It can be recalled that this specific encounter between the two actresses has been the talk of the town a few weeks ago, but the actual footage of what really happened was just posted recently by showbiz blogger, Fashion Pulis.
Rivera and Karylle saw each other at the opening of Couturissimo, a couture multi-designer brand that features the creations of Dubai-based Filipino designer Michael Cinco.
In the previous press conference, Karylle said that she only has good things to say about the actress.
She shared that she met Rivera in a recent event and the actress left her starstruck.
“For me kasi… it’s so beautiful as it is. I don’t wanna add to it kasi baka ma-misinterpret pa. So, it was a beautiful moment. And there, we can leave it at that, para less talk, less mistakes,” she said.
Rivera likewise said that she has no hard feelings for Karylle, especially that they are now both happy with their own families.
“Sabi ko nga, since day one, wala naman akong problema sa kanya. And every time na nakakasalubong ko siya, okey naman ako at binabati ko naman siya,” she said.
Karylle and Dantes broke up in 2008, and shortly after the latter began dating Rivera.
Since then, rumors had spread like wildfires that Karylle has been holding grudges toward the couple.
Rivera and Dantes, who just recently celebrated their third wedding anniversary, got married on December 2014, and have been blessed with one daughter.
Karylle is also happily married to Sponge Cola vocalist Yael Yuzon.
