Dubai has sent out a fleet of drones to disinfect streets across the emirate as part of the National Disinfection Program, which has been extended until April 5.
This move is being regularly conducted to curb the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the country.

Disinfection teams have been deployed to work from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. to sterilize the streets, public and private facilities.

Earlier, the multi-functional drones were used by Dubai Police to remind residents to stay at home during the coronavirus pandemic.
Drones are monitoring the roads to ensure that people are complying with the #Stay home initiative of the UAE government.
