TV personalities Robi Domingo and Gretchen Ho reunited and shared a stage together when they both hosted the Mr. and Miss Chinatown pageant which was held at Mall of Asia Arena on September 2.
Many netizens got excited when they saw the former couple together once again after they broke up last year.
Days after the pageant, Domingo revealed during his guesting at Boy Abunda’s late night show “Tonight with Boy Abunda” that the hosting stint went smoothly and “less awkward than expected”.
Domingo even commended Ho and said that their past relationship did not affect the way they hosted the event.
“Pero dahil sobrang galing ni Gretchen, naging okay na okay. Smooth sailing iyong event namin,” Domingo said.
He added that he and Ho have remained “okay” and that they even shared a few conversations on the sidelines of the pageant.
Domingo also said that he is open to staying friends with his ex-girlfriend and that he is proud of her achievements regardless.
After more than three years of being together, Domingo and Ho announced their breakup in March 2017 saying that they both want to prioritize their individual careers first.
Ho has remained single since, but Domingo admitted last month that he has been seeing a non-showbiz girl.
