Saudi Arabia has recently allowed both men and women to register as conciliators in the Kingdom, Saudi Press Agency reported.
The Justice Ministry, represented by the Conciliator Center, said that both genders from both profit and non-profit sectors can register as mediators of conflicting parties out of or within courtrooms.
The Ministry added that the minutes they will issue will become executive documents after the Center’s electronic approval.
The conciliators, or peacemakers, will work in mediating people in various disputes, and that the resolution procedures will be fully digitized.
