After making history as the first Emirati astronaut, Hazzaa AlMansoori has returned home from his mission at the International Space Station (ISS).
AlMansoori named as UAE’s national hero has returned to the Capital, Abu Dhabi where he was born.
AlMansoori will be with Sultan Al Neyadi who also served as his back-up during the space mission.
The 35 year-old astronaut and former military pilot went to space on September 25.
AlMansoori comes home to his parents, siblings, wife and four kids.
The UAE astronaut stayed in Russia for 11 days after his space mission for health checks and medical assessment. (TN)
