Star Magic talent AC Bonifacio is excited to meet American pop star Ariana Grande for an international project that she will be doing with youth TV network, Nickelodeon.
The 16-year-old performer will be flying to California to shoot some pre-show footages for the upcoming Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards (KCA).
“This event came at a time when I didn’t know, like, it will happen. And it’s very unexpected na international pa po,” Bonifacio said.
Bonifacio will be part of a group named Social Squad after she was chosen by Nickelodeon to represent the Philippines.
“Our group po, we call it Social Squad, it’s people from all around the world po. And they want us in the videos to speak in our [own] language po. So they wanted me to speak Tagalog po,” she said.

But for Bonifacio, one of the highlights of going to California for the KCA is the possibility of meeting her idol once again.
“They’ve (Nickelodeon) been posting the celebrities na that are gonna be there. And so far, their main big one is Ariana Grande, and I wanna see her again,” she said.
Bonifacio first met Grande in 2015 after she performed at one of her concerts with the help of American television host Ellen DeGeneres.
Aside from Bonifacio, the TNT Boys also met Grande recently when they appeared on “The Late Late Show with James Corden”.
The American pop star surprised the boys and sang “I Am Telling You I Am Not Going” with them.
Grande is a Grammy Award-winning artist behind the hit songs “thank u, next”, “7 rings”, “Dangerous Woman”, and “Break Free” among many others.
