Bongbong Marcos tests positive for COVID-19

Former senator Bongbong Marcos was diagnosed with coronavirus disease (COVID-19), his spokesperson Atty. Victor Rodriguez confirmed Monday.
Marcos received his test results from the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) last March 28.
Rodriguez said the former solon’s condition is currently improving while receiving treatment at an isolation area.

Rodriguez said Marcos immediately went to a hospital to check his condition as he suffers chest pain upon his return from Europe last March 14.
Marcos went back to the same hospital on March 22 and was tested for COVID-19.
