Former Senator Bongbong Marcos is ‘unwell’ after his recent trip from Spain according to his sister Senator Imee Marcos.

Spain is among European countries currently experiencing a sharp increase in coronavirus disease or COVID-19 cases next to Italy.

The World Health Organization also declared Europe as the newest epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic.

It’s unclear when did the former senator came back from Spain.

“He came back from Spain unwell. Getting better at home,” Imee told reporters.

She also said that her brother underwent COVID-19 testing.

“Finally got a test 2 nights ago. wala pang result,” Imee said.

Bongbong Marcos is among trending topics on Twitter with rumors saying that he was confined at St. Luke’s Medical Center.
