His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and chairman of the Dubai Executive Council and his brother His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, chairman of the Dubai Media Council, have both paid tribute to the late basketball legend Kobe Bryant.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan shares a collage of Kobe’s photos on his Instagram stories where he recognized the latter’s help to the youth in Dubai.
“You carried an inspirational message to our youth in Dubai and helped them accomplish their dreams. Heroes come and go, but legends are forever Kobe Byrant”, His Highness said.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed, in a tweet, said the “sporting world has lost an inspiration, an icon that millions looked up to”.
