Kuwait police arrested three pharmacists at a local government hospital on charges of trading in sick leave certificates.
Police watched the three for nearly a week before deciding to send an undercover to buy a sick leave certificate, which they sold for KD10 ($26).
Once they handed the three-day leave document to the undercover and got their money, police swooped on the pharmacy and arrested them.
Newspaper said the three were accused of forging government documents.
