An Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) who recently arrived from Saudi Arabia was swept away by floodwaters in Roxas, Isabela on Friday.
The body of Roderick Palapuz,30, remains missing, according to a report of The Philippine Star.
As per the report, Palapuz was and his companion.
They were pushing the submerged logs up to the higher ground in Barangay Simimbaan when the incident happened.
His companion survived the incident.
Other reported fatalities in Isabela and Cagayan include Rick Mar Serame, Mario Parandit, and Hilario Bersamin.
