PNPA cadet hospitalized after alleged hazing

A cadet of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) in Silang, Cavite was rushed to the hospital after complaining of stomach ache due to alleged hazing.
A report by Abante quoting PNPA Public Information Office Chief Police Lt. Col. Byron Allatog, the cadet was identified as Cadet 4th class John Desiderio.
He complained of stomach ache.
Desiderio was earlier brought to the dispensary but was transferred to the PNP General Hospital in Camp Crame, Quezon City and then to the East Avenue Hospital upon the doctor’s recommendation.
Desiderio underwent an operation and is now safe.
Allatog said they were still awaiting confirmation from Desiderio if indeed he suffered abuse.
PNPA is also doing an investigation to find out  the reason behind his hospitalization.
They already have a suspect but they have not revealed the name pending investigation.
