1,000 female specialist nurses needed in Saudi Arabia

The Ministry of Health and Cardiac Centers of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is hiring 1,000 female specialist nurses.
According to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), the nurses should have finished a bachelor’s degree in nursing, has one year-related experience and a license holder.
Once hired, nurses are entitled to receive a salary of SR 4,110 (P56,854.69) plus SR 295 (P4,080.81) increment for every additional year of experience. Free food and accommodation are provided.
They will also be given paid annual vacation and a roundtrip economy ticket.
Those who are qualified to apply are advised to register first online thru  poea.gov.ph or eservices.poea.gov.ph/Home.
After this, qualified applicants are instructed to submit their documents personally at the Manpower Registry Division, Window S or T, Ground Floor, Blas Ople Building (formerly POEA building), Ortigas Avenue, corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City.
POEA is requiring applicants to submit the following documents for registration:
•Cover letter and curriculum vitae with colored passport size picture
•Nursing diploma (notarized copy)
•Board Certificate and copy of license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
•Certificates of employment in related field (previous and current) (notarized copy)
•Valid Passport copy
•Two pieces of 2×2 recent picture
•Certificate of POEA online PEOS (log on to www.peos.poea.gov.ph)
•Printed copy of Worker’s Information Sheet/E-Registration (log-in at https://eservices.poea.gov.ph
“Applicants are required to present their original documents for authentication of written information before forwarding the resume to the employer,” POEA said.
Deadline for submission of applications are on Oct. 1 for POEA Regional Offices and on Oct. 4 for POEA Central Office.
Meanwhile, the German government thru Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Health Sabine Weis, recently met with Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III last August to personally work well with the Philippines to gain more nurses for Germany.
“This cooperation should help both sides. Us because we find answers to the shortage of skilled labor. But also the Philippines, because they can offer their young generation more attractive work and training opportunities,” Weis said in a press statement.
The Philippine government has approved over 25,000 nursing exit applications for the first half of 2019 alone. There were nearly 1,500 nurses that came to Germany.
