Foreigner accuses Singapore-based OFW of scamming money

A foreigner from Cayman Islands asked the help of Raffy Tulfo’s show against his ex-lover who is an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) in Singapore.

Richard Powery said that the Filipina just used him and scammed him for money.

Powery said that his ex-girlfriend Emelyn Cabaccan intentionally pushed him to buy a house in the Philippines and that he voluntarily gave money to Cabaccan to repair her house in Isabela which they can use in the future.

The foreigner even said that he went to the Philippines to personally meet with Cabaccan’s relatives.

However, Cabaccan insisted not to meet in Singapore but in the Philippines.

Powery said that he already gave at least $10,000 to Cabaccan.

The Filipina denied the accusations and said that it was Powery who volunteered in giving money.

She said the reason they broke up was because the man kept on hurting her and they don’t agree on a lot of things.

Cabaccan also said that she didn’t want to meet the man in Singapore because her employer wouldn’t allow her.
