A survey conducted by InterNations, the world’s largest expat community, revealed that Bahrain is the second best destination for women to work abroad.
Having surveyed 8,855 female expats across the world, the results found that two-thirds of female expats remain satisfied with their career prospects and 88 per cent said they are pleased with their jobs in Bahrain.
Factors considered in the survey include work-life balance, job security, and career prospects.
Bahrain lost the top spot this year to Czech Republic.
