Amid all the rumors regarding the split of engaged couple Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque, the couple finally broke their silence by posting a joint statement through Instagram on February 11, 2024.
“After much thought, consideration, and care, we have mutually decided to amicably end our engagement,” the couple stated.
In the post, they shared that it was not an easy decision for both of them. Bea and Dominic shared that they wanted to have more time to “carefully deliberate and pray” about their current situation but rumors have been circulating already with “speculations, questions, and insults.”
“Unfortunately, some even confirmed our break-up without our consent, and some created ridiculous stories that had no basis and were utterly false, so we felt the need to share this announcement with great sadness, for our peace of mind and of our families.”

According to the last slide of the post, the couple want the public to understand the “extremely painful yet united decision” that the couple has made and humbly requested everyone to be more kind with their words and reactions.
“We sincerely request for everyone to kindly spare us from more cruel and very hurtful words thrown on social media,” they said.
The couple also asked everyone to give them the privacy as they go their separate ways.
“Thank you for your understanding and support,” the statement concluded.
