The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure has inaugurated the brand-new ‘E611’ Emirates Road that connects Ras Al Khaimah to Dubai, marking a significant stride in regional connectivity.
This development coincided with the commencement of the academic year to streamline the movement of school buses, ensuring a seamless flow of traffic in the area.
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, the authority shared the update with drivers, passing through the enhanced accessibility provided by the ‘E611’ route.
“It contributes to improving the linkage and communication between the urban communities on both sides of the road and the emirates served by the street,” it wrote.
“It is worth mentioning that the works are part of an integrated project to improve the current intersection in the Al Barashi area, which will be completed before the end of this year 2023,” it added.
