Controversial singer Maegan Aguilar slammed Senator Raffy Tulfo for refusing to help her despite her condition and situation following a drug test positive result.
Maegan was featured on Tulfo’s show asking for help to get treatment and appeal to her father and OPM icon Freddie Aguilar.
Tulfo then promised to help Maegan but onluy if she will undergo a drug test. The singer obliged and said that she wasn’t taking illegal drugs.
The result however came back positive which led to Maegan confessing that since she and her partner were homeless they were forced to ask favors to random people who later on turned out to be drug users.
Maegan said that if she ever took drugs that was only one time because she was only doing it for the favor.
Tulfo then told Maegan that he will give all the help he promised to her if she will agree to go into rehab.
“Belat, you didn’t win. You lost! What you see is bipolarism, what you see is an exhausted sick person not an addict, I’m not an addict,” Maegan said in a deleted Facebook video.
“My support from netizens used their brain and not their mouth that don’t follow a leader that misleading everyone. ‘Yan po ang pag susporta at pagmamahal, pagkalinga at pag-unawa na nare-receive ko ngayon from them,” she added.
Maegan said that she is suffering from depression. She also showed that some people pitched in so that they can move in to a new one-bedroom apartment.
“And the people na hindi naisip na ito ay drugs, binuhos ang hindi kayang ibigay ni Tulfo. Anyway, sa ’yo na pera mo, I don’t neet your help! I don’t need rehab And I don’t care kung ayaw ninyong maniwala and you want to continue bashing, go ahead! Go ahead,” she said.
