A teenager has died in Sharjah while riding an e-scooter on the rooftop of a building near Expo Centre Sharjah.
Abdullah Hassan, an 11th grader, reportedly lost his balance, according to a report of The National.
Ibrahim Barakeh, director of Al Shola Schools Group, said the 17-year-old student was with some friends during the incident.
Barakeh urged all e-scooter riders to ensure they took all safety precautions.
Hundreds of people paid tribute to Abdullah.
