An OFW from South Korea who hadn’t seen her father for several years had a surprise in store for him.
Fritch Inalisan of Davao City, Philippines, made her father’s birthday more memorable by reuniting with him on his special day. They had not seen each other for three years and his reaction was that of sheer joy.

She had resigned from her work in South Korea due to “over fatigue and emotional stress.” She was encouraged by her mother to stay and work in Davao City for good but didn’t share with her father about coming home.
“He was expecting na iaabot lang ni mama ‘yung gift ko sa kanya,” Fritch said.
“He was expecting that mama will just hand over my gift for him,” she added.

“I’m overjoyed to see papa again, and the best feeling ever is when I realized that papa really misses me and loves me so much,” Fritch added.
She said that no money or material things can replace the warmth and love of a father. (AW)
