Senator Panfilo Lacson said he fully supports the proposal to create standard quarantine protocols for all vaccinated Filipinos.
Lacson said he wants the Philippine government to expedite the simplified standard quarantine protocols to help the stranded overseas Filipino workers and the economy.
Earlier, the National Task Force Against COVID-19 said it is working to have a standard quarantine rules for Filipinos vaccinated here and abroad.

Lacson pointed out the NTF to act faster as the economic recovery could not afford to wait.
“Please make it sooner, not later. Mind the economy for a change,” he said.
The lawmaker also said he supports the scrapping of COVID-19 test for OFWs who are fully vaccinated overseas.

“This is one sensible adjustment that our “kababayans” abroad who miss their families here have been wanting to hear from Department of Health,” he said in a tweet.
Lacson said this will ease the burden for OFWs especially those who are stranded in countries under the travel ban.
