Filipino kid, children from different nations cheer for UAE frontliners' fight against COVID-19

Authorities in Dubai released a heart warming video coming from the nation’s young residents to cheer on all of the UAE’s health workers and frontliners for their dedication and continuous service in the country’s fight against the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Dubai Police released the video of children thanking frontliners and advising the public to stay home in several languages.

“Thank you our frontline defenders. Stay home,” said all of the children across all languages.
A Filipino child was also included among those who sent in their well wishes for this country’s healthcare specialists.
“Maraming salamat po aming mga frontliners. Manatili po tayo sa bahay,” said Wendel.

Dubai is currently under a 24-hour sterilization drive, where only those in the vital and support sectors are allowed to head outside to work. Members of the general public are only allowed to head outside to purchase essentials, do financial transactions, or get medical checkups.
All residents are advised to get their movement permit, secure a copy of the approved permit on their mobile phone, and to always wear masks and gloves whenever they head outside their home.
