An Asian girl and her boyfriend were arrested after the former reported that he threatened to publish their intimate photographs online.
The unnamed girl went to the police after she decided to end the relationship.
However, this prompted her boyfriend to blackmail.
Upon checking the man’s mobile phone, the police found “rude and obscene” pictures of the couple, according to local newspapers to Emarat Al Youm newpaper.
They were charged of “encouraging vice” after seeing the photographs.
