Actor Gerald Anderson is debunking ‘ghosting’ allegations after his former girlfriend Bea Alonzo told reporters that there was no formal break up between them.
Anderson said in an interview with ABS-CBN News that he tried reaching out to Alonzo last month.
“Noong lumabas na at medyo lumaki siya, you know, I tried to reach out through our manager and personally but you know, siyempre, I respect that she didn’t respond,” Anderson said in an exclusive interview.
Anderson said that he understands Alonzo’s feelings and the actress’ decision not to communicate with him anymore.
“I respect that she wanted no communication. It hasn’t been easy. Alam ko it hasn’t been easy for her also,” Anderson added.
The actor repeatedly denied that there was a third party involved. He also cleared his ‘Between Maybes’ leading lady Julia Barretto from allegations that she was the reason behind their break up.
Shortly after Anderson’s interview, netizens observed that Alonzo liked a post on Instagram that talks about ‘lying’.
The online post quoted John Lloyd Cruz’s character in the film ‘One More Chance’ saying ‘Kung magsisinungaling ka Bash, galing galingan mo naman’.
