Manila: Action star Robin Padilla is mulling on the possibility of entering the Philippine Army Reserve Force in order to push for the passage of the Mandatory Reserve Officer Training Corps or ROTC in high school.
In his Instagram post Padilla said that he will not leave young people behind.
“Papasok ako sa Philippine Army Reserve para sa inyo upang masundan ko ang inyong bawat hakbang tungo sa kabayanihan,” Padilla said.
The actor and staunch Duterte supporter is confident that the Armed Forces of the Philippines will mold him to love and defend the country.
“Hindi tayo iiwan ng AFP at ni Mayor PRRD mga mahal na kabataan kaya’t tayo’y tumindig at bumangon,” Padilla said.
His post was accompanied by two photos the last one was Padilla waiving a flag.
