Kris Aquino responded to the statement of Atty. Jesus Falcis, the brother of her former project manager Nicko Falcis, saying that his brother chose to move abroad because he has been receiving threats from the Queen of All Media herself.

In a video posted by PEP.ph, Atty. Jesus said that Kris threatened to kill his brother, who is facing qualified theft charges filed by Kris after he allegedly siphoned off money from her business for personal use, if he will step foot in the country.

“Miss Aquino threatened my brother. She said, ‘You [explicit] Nicko! Wag kang tatapak dito sa Pilipinas. Dare to step into this country and you will be dead.’ With threats coming from the daughter and sister of former presidents, we do not take lightly,” he said.

Atty. Jesus added that Kris also possesses a list of his brother’s flight records meaning she can track when he will be flying in and out of the country. According to Atty. Jesus , Kris has also bragged about her “powerful” friends who can impose threats on his brother’s safety and he claims that he has screenshots to prove it.

After Atty. Jesus gave his statement, Kris gave her response by challenging them to file grave threat charges against her.

“Mr. Falcis, please complete the full text if what was shouted at you on September 26, 2018. Why fear the whole truth? I was in Quezon City, you were in Bangkok.

“Please personally file your grave threats charge against me with any prosecutor in any region where a Kris Aquino will be most hated. 52 days already passed. Justice delayed is justice denied,” she said.

Aside from Kris’ challenge, her legal camp also released a statement regarding the matter saying that the famous television personality is incapable of having someone killed.

The official statement reads:

“It is surprising why the brother of Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr., is the one making a public statement on his behalf.

“Ms. Kris Aquino filed cases against Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr. He has not submitted any counter-affidavit until now.

“It is surprising why the brother of Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr., is the one making a public statement on his behalf.

“Ms. Kris Aquino filed cases against Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr. He has not submitted any counter-affidavit until now.

“There is no warrant for his arrest. Why is he hiding? Flight is an admission of guilt.

“Ms. Kris Aquino is not capable of having someone killed.

“That is why she filed cases in the proper forum. Because she believes in the legal process.

“She will still be filing other cases. But we will not discuss the cases in media.

“These cases are best resolved in the prosecutor’s office and in the courts. We tried to reach out to amicably settle these cases.

“It was Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr., his relatives and his lawyers who were unreasonable, unwilling and insincere.

“We give you screenshots of the text messages between us and the lawyers of Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr.

“These exchanges will show that Ms. Kris Aquino is telling the truth.”
