Former singer Mystica is reaching out to Kapamilya star Coco Martin to give her a role in his long-time running primetime series “Ang Probinsyano”.

According to an entertainment column by Pang-Masa’s Vir Gonzales, Mystica reportedly said that she will accept even a small guest role Martin will help her.

It can be recalled that Martin has helped a number of celebrities with their showbiz comeback after they have not appeared on television for a while.

Martin recently helped former child star CJ Ramos and gave him a role in “Ang Probinsyano” after the latter got released from Caloocan City Police Station jail last August 9 due to illegal drug use.

The Kapamilya stars have also helped Mark Lapid, Janno Gibbs, Joko Diaz, Julio Diaz, and the members of Viva Hot Babes, among others.

Two years ago, singer Mystica revealed on GMA’s “Front Row” took a turn for the worst when she left show business.

In her interview, she and her husband Kid Lopez said that they could barely afford a decent meal and would often settle for rice porridge (lugaw) and sardines.

Mystica said that her downfall started when she uploaded a viral video criticizing President Rodrigo Duterte. The original video has since been deleted but it became viral before it was removed.

Because of the this, Mystica was fired from her job as a managing director in a hotel where she receives P150,000 as her monthly salary.

Mystica has since lost some of her properties and has even asked for financial help through her Facebook account.

Moreover, she also lost all of her money when her son suffered from liver cancer because she shelled out a hefty amount of her saving for her son’s medication.

Mystica has also revealed that she can’t go back to singing because she has lost her voice to a throat infection linked to blood poisoning.
