Sharon Cuneta and her daughter KC Concepcion posted photos on their respective Instagram accounts amid the issue that their relationship has hit a rough patch lately.
It can be recalled that Cuneta revealed through a previous Instagram post last May that something has changed in her relationship with her daughter saying that she “somehow just lost her daughter somewhere years back”.
Concepcion said on her post that she loves her mother even though they may have their differences and that she continues to strive hard to make her mother proud of her.
“Mama and I may have a 19-year gap, I may have come to her life too early, or even unexpectedly, and we may have all our differences, but [Sharon Cuneta], you will always be my first valentine, my first best friend, my first hero. All I want is to see you laugh and smile. At the end of the day, I will always want you to feel that having me was worth it. And above all I know I will always choose love,” Concepcion wrote.
For her part, Cuneta said that she missed her daughter and that it felt good to see her once again.
“Each of our kids has their own individual, distinct scent, right? When you have missed the scent of your eldest child’s skin, hair. Sarap to see and feel and smell my daughter again!” she said on Instagram.
The Megastar also decided to take a trip down memory lane as she uploaded throwback photos of her and her daughter.
