Filipino actress Ellen Adarna has once again stirred online confusion among her social media followers.
The sexy actress posted a photo on her Instagram which left many wondering if her boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz has already asked for her hand in marriage.
The photo showed Adarna’s left hand wearing three rings, two rings were on her middle finger, while a diamond ring rested on her ring finger.
Adarna simply put a heart emoji on the caption of the said photo.
Since an engagement ring is traditionally worn on the ring finger of the left hand, her followers speculated that she is already engaged to Cruz.
Adarna, however, deleted the said photo an hour after posting it. But before she took it down, many netizens were able to take screenshots of it.
Adding fuel to the fire, some celebrities, including Isabelle Daza, Gretchen Barretto, Joyce Pring, Cat Arambulo, Mark Nicdao, and Adarna’s best friend Beauty Gonzalez, sent the 30-year-old actress congratulatory messages on the comments section of the said post.
Just yesterday, June 3, reports erupted about Adarna’s father, Alan Adarna, who passed away due to apparent cardiac arrest.
His wake is currently held at Cosmopolitan Memorial Chapels, Inc. in Mandaue, Cebu.
The 30-year-old actress has not yet released any statement regarding the death of her father.
The Adarna family also requested for privacy during this time, reported ABS-CBN.
