Rumors and speculations about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s honeymoon erupted online roughly two weeks after their luxurious royal wedding.
The couple got married on May 19 in St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. Their wedding was broadcasted live all over the world and was watched by millions of viewers.
Prince Harry and Meghan received the titles Duke and Duchess of Sussex, respectively, after their royal wedding.
While most newlyweds immediately go to their honeymoon after their wedding, Prince Harry and Meghan delayed their post-wedding celebrations a little bit to attend to their royal duties.
But weeks after their wedding, many are speculating that they royal couple will fly to Canada to spend their honeymoon there.
According to sources who talked with TMZ, an entertainment news website in the United States, Prince Harry and Meghan will be spending their honeymoon in the luxurious Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Alberta, Canada.
The place, which is also dubbed as ” The Royal Retreat”, is a 6,000-square-foot outlook cabin located at the middle of Jasper National Park.
Other royals have also stayed in the luxury lodge including Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip in June 2005, and King George VI and Queen Elizabeth in 1939.
The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge has six bedrooms, with each room having its own bathroom, dining room, a conservatory, an enclosed veranda, and a stone fireplace.
Reports stated that an overnight stay in the establishment can cost up to $6,650 or at least Php350,000.
However, an official statement from the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge said that the royal couple has not made any booking yet. They also declined to give further comments since they prioritize their guests’ security and privacy.
Nevertheless, if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will indeed stay at this place, they will surely have a splendid time. Just look at how beautiful and relaxing it is.
