Eva Psychee Patalinjug is the second Binibining Pilipinas 2018 queen who will be representing the Philippines in an international pageant after Michele Gumabao who placed in the Top 15 of The Miss Globe pageant.
Patalinjug is currently in Myanmar for the 6th edition of the Miss Grand International. She has taken part in several preliminary competitions prior to the coronation night like the national costume, swimsuit, and long gown competitions.
During the preliminary round, Patalinjug looked stunning while wearing a gold form-fitting gown, but while she was showing off her long strides onstage, she had a minor mishap and slipped.
Nevertheless, Patalinjug continued to flash her smile and strike her pose despite what happened.
After the preliminary competition, Patalinjug took to Instagram to say that she will continue to give a good fight for the Philippines.
“Our greatest glory in life is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” Tonight, my heart is filled with joy knowing that my entire country stood up with me when I fell at the Miss Grand International stage.
“I hope that I have shown courage, strength and the essence of rising from every stumble in life. Laban mahal kong Pilipinas!” she captioned her post.
Patalinjug has also been updating her Instagram with more photos of the activities they have been doing for the past few days.
