Filipina-German model Maureen Wroblewitz reached the final round of the newest season of “Asia’s Next Top Model.”
Indonesia’s Clara Tan was eliminated in the top 4 Wednesday night sending Wroblewitz to a three-way battle with Malaysia’s Shikin Gomez and Vietnam’s Minh Tu Nguyen.
The Filipina bet’s advance raised the chance of a Filipina winning the title of Asia’s Next Top Model for the first time.
It also vindicated Wroblewitz from Tan, who described her a having no skills.
“Never have I expected to come this far! This makes me even more proud of all the things I’ve achieved during the competition. There are so many things I’ve learned and experienced, and now it’s the last time I get to show it all,” Wroblewitz said in her Instagram account, according to ABS-CBN News.
