Dina Bonnevie confirms Alex Gonzaga was her unprofessional co-worker in viral clip

Veteran actress Dina Bonnevie has confirmed that she was referring to controversial vlogger Alex Gonzaga on her recent viral clip talking about an unprofessional coworker in a TV series.

In an interview on ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’, Dina said that the incident took place 12 years ago in a TV 5 television series.

“We were doing a teleserye then, and it didn’t come naman without reason,” said Dina when asked if she was referring to Alex all along.

“Kaya lang kasi, it didn’t only happen once. It happened once, twice, thrice, so hindi lang naman ako,” she said.

Dina said that it was not only her who got irritated with Alex’s unprofessional attitude.

“There were other co-workers who were getting irked about her working habits and the way she was working with us,” she added.

“So, napag-usapan na ako ang spokesperson, nandu’n sina Gabby Concepcion, Cheska Iñigo, si Nadine Lustre, we were all together and nobody has the strength to come up to her and talk to her. So, okay sige, ako ang magiging spokesperson,” she added.

Dina then said that she became the spokesperson for others and confronted Alex.

“’Kung gusto mo magtagal sa industriya, hindi ganyan ‘yung ugali, Alex’,” Dina told Alex.

Dina also denied that she shouted at Alex as claimed by the latter in her podcast.

“Hindi totoong sinigawan ko siya mula ulo hanggang paa, kasi yung setting namin sa may simbahan, may chapel du’n sa may Antipolo and then may parang rotonda and that morning late na naman siya so, nagpipigil na kami du’n,” she said.

“You know honestly I want to talk to you, we don’t like what you are doing. Tapos sabi niya, ‘Eh, marami akong ganap, e, ganyan-ganyan.’ Sabi ko, wait a minute, I just want to talk to you.’ And then sabi niya, ‘hindi, e, hindi n’yo kasi alam yung side ko.’ Gumaganu’n na siya,” Dina continued.

“Sabi ko hindi pa ipinapanganak ang babastos sa akin Alex, kinakausap kita nang maayos. If you want to stay long in this business you have to be professional. Lagi kang late, you know, you can’t even memorize your lines, hindi ka makaiyak,” she added.

In the end, Dina said that she was able to resolve her issues with Alex after the incident.
