Actress Mylene Dizon has followed the advice of the government to grow own food as she tends to her vegetable garden during the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon.
In an Instagram post, Dizon showed in a video the vegetables she harvested in the backyard of her home in Silang Cavite.
“Inumpisahan ko ‘to nung lockdown kasi dati nung nagte-taping ako lagi hindi ko naman masyado nabibigyan ng pansin,” she said in an interview with 24 Oras
“Pero ngayon araw araw at least naaasikaso ko yung garden ko. Imporate kasi ‘yung food security lalo na sa mga panahon na ito,” she added.
