The death toll from the 2019 novel coronavirus acute respiratory disease (2019-nCoV ARD) has risen to 305.
304 deaths were reported in China, while the Philippines has confirmed the first death outside of China.
Hubei province confirmed 1,921 new confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus, state-run Xinhua news reported on Sunday.
The results bring the nationwide number of cases to 14,380; 1,118 of which are in a severe condition while 444 are critical.
