Greenfield espouses the cause of environmentalism

Greenfield development Corp. is transforming Sta. Rosa in Laguna into a “green enclave.”
“Greenfield Development Corp. wants to take the lead in the greening of Santa Rosa City to support the cause of environmentalism,” Business Mirror quoted Greenfield President and Chairman Jeffrey Campos as saying.
Greenfield has been designing and building residential enclaves in the 450-hectare Greenfield City in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
Continuously contributing to the new growth center, Greenfield City is unveiling some of its development milestones, foremost of which are Trava and Zadia are Greenfield’s projects that—both positioned to be new additions to the master-planned city’s eco-friendly and innovative residential portfolio.
“Launching milestones at Greenfield City gains significance for us at Greenfield, as they validate that we are on the right track in supporting the urbanization and progress of Santa Rosa, Laguna, which is already home to important business parks and industrial zones that help steer economic momentum in Metro Manila,” Business Mirror also quoted Duane Alexander Xavier Santos, Greenfield executive vice president and general manager as saying.
Santos said Trava is positioned as the high-end flagship subdivision of Greenfield Deluxe, Greenfield’s new upscale brand. Envisioned for individuals and families looking for spacious green living, the 31-hectare horizontal development allots almost half of its land area to verdant, open spaces.
Moreover, Greenfield has tapped architects Leandro Locsin Jr. and Ana Sy for the designs of the homes.
Investing in Greenfield has also been beneficial to the owners in early projects, such as Pramana and Solenn, with the real-estate value rising to P22,000 from P8,000 per square meter.
Greenfield will build 279 housing units in Trava. It will embody healthy living, allocating 55 percent to open space integration of tree-lined roads, dedicated bike lanes and jogging paths, fully underground utilities, and solar-powered areas in the clubhouse.
It will also have tennis and basketball courts, swimming pools, function rooms, a dance studio and a fitness center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment.
Zadia, according to Santos, is for individuals looking for a quiet, suburban lifestyle but also desire the conveniences of condominium living.
The 36,000-sq-m condominium complex is going to be the first of the enclave’s five mid-rise buildings, which only rise up to 10 stories.
The floor layout is designed with only 24 units that each has its own balcony, and comes in studio and one-bedroom unit configurations. A swimming pool area, clubhouse, an indoor basketball court, tennis court and a gazebo decked by landscaped gardens are some of its premium amenities.
Santos said Santa Rosa has gone a long way from being an agricultural land to a thriving residential-commercial community. From a single building called Paseo that housed a few shops, the commercial and lifestyle center added a fresh produce market and more establishments.
Six other Paseo buildings followed that offered sports brands, signature labels, bars, clinics, hair salons and other stores. Paseo Outlets eventually became a weekend destination for urban dwellers looking for bargain finds and good food.
The latest addition to the complex, Paseo 6 features a two-level car park structure with one-level wraparound retail establishments.
The Philippine Property and Investment Exhibition (PPIE), the biggest, longest-running and most trusted Philippine business and investment forum in the Middle East, is now on its eighth edition, which will be held on April 10 – 11, 2020 at Crowne Plaza – Sheikh Zayed Road.
